Need Unique logo created off of concept

This logo was put together from bits of pieces of old pictures that were found on google and i am not able to locate the copyright.
The concept however is unique
For example:
The skull is one peice
The Spoons are another
The Border is another

I would like this idea recreated but also unique enough so i can use this idea as a logo.
