Need web developer / consultant to help me choose suitable CMS (backend platform) for my project

I need an experienced person, that has hands-on experience with many different open-source / free CMS systems, in order to help me chose the best option for my project. Im thinking of a 1hr video chat where you should should listen to my ideas for the project and help me select best solution. I speak English, Russian and Romanian.

Key requirements of CMS:
- easy to configure (i have limited web development experience, and need to be able to configure and deploy new simple pages by myself)
- simple / clean user interface for end users (website manager)
- ability to manage paid advertising on website
- ability to import / display external data through API
- ability to incorporate third party widgets in back end
- ability to work with API / webhooks in order to integrate with chat bots
- ability to easily connect / integrate / communicate with our website and mobile apps (to be developed later)

Can be either conventional or headless CRM.

It will be the core back end for our website, android and ios apps.
