Needs a B2B Sales Rep!

Hey! Are you ready to partner up, crush it in 2019 and make it a banner year?! Good. So am I.

I am looking for someone to work with me and my agency that provides website development and digital marketing! ... I know, theres plenty of digital agencies out there, but I am confident that what were doing and the experience I have, were doing what most are not. So, yes, I believe we are different.

That said, Ill be honest, Im not really a sales guy... I can talk about my services all day and the value I can bring, but turning a cold prospect into a warm prospect is not my thing and I am not good at it. Its something Ive tried and has been very humbling. Thats where I am hoping you can help.

What I am looking for is someone who can prospect on their own within the niche I am focusing on, someone who can really run at turning a cold prospect into someone who is ready to have a discussion - I can come in when theyre ready to have a conversation and act as the more technological consultant, and together we can close the sale!

I can offer what my methodologies are with prospecting cold leads using LinkedIn and email, but if you have your own cold prospecting approach, thats cool too and I am most definitely open to it.

Id prefer if you are familiar with website development and digital marketing, but thats not a requirement. I am more than happy to share as much as possible about our services so you feel confident about promoting and selling them.

This would be a commision based opportunity, in which I will reward very well (I think). For example, if a sales gets done for a website build for $14k total, I would give you $4k for that sale. PLUS I would expect to sell the client on a monthly digital marketing package worth $1500 to $2000 a month, which I would give you 15% of that, as long as theyre currently a paying client. I am willing to negotiate and come to a deal that works for both you and I - Im not trying to rip anyone off here, especially clients out there. I want both of us to have an amazing year and would be fully transparent about numbers, so we know where we stand.

I am hoping to have at least 1 to 3 sales a month, so that could be anywhere from $4k to $12k a month for you, and possibly $10k+ a month of recurring revenue by the end of the year.

FWIW, I would be willing to pay for your LinkedIn Sales Navigator (about $89 a month) and an email address with my agency domain. You would need to have your own computer, internet and cell phone.
