.Net Standard migration from MS SQL to MYSQL

Our .Net Standard 2.1 SDK is currently only supporting MS SQL, but we need it to be able to support MySQL as well. Write Orange while sending proposal,I will filterer out profile without this word.

The entire SDK and testing needs to be able to run against MySQL on both Windows and Linux since its a .Net Standard project.

We do not have complicated usages of Entity Framework.
