Looking to create window service to be installed on window machine which enable

- Run as cronjob after specific interval
- Connect to Active Directory (window server 2019) using administrator account
- Read from MySQL Server for the users entries
- Read from MySQL Server for the Folders defined in MYSQL, already created on Window Server
- Add or remove user access on folders as specified in MYSQL
- User should be Reset Password into Active Directory using MySQL where entries will be added from our ERP system
