Responsibilities include:
- Experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant and Technical Admin.
- Extensive OpenAir experience, 2 years minimum.
- Configure and implement Projects, Invoicing, Expenses, Timesheets, Master Data Setup, Resource Management, Project Accounting / Billing in OpenAir PSA solution for new and existing NetSuite customers.
- Outstanding client-facing skills and a history of building extraordinary relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively as part of multiple, varied project teams and demonstrate genuine commitment to the teams success.
- Accounting/ finance experience and ability to provide excellent support for controllers, accounting managers, accountants, and bookkeepers.
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Support NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects.
- Effectively collect and communicate requirements and specifications across departments.
- Performs GAP Analysis between NetSuite functionality and customer requirements.
- Integration and data exports / migrations to third party accounting / billing / payroll applications.
- Interpret and integrate multifaceted data from varied sources on a range of complex issues.
- Create custom saved searches, reports, financial reports and business processes/workflows.
- Implement multiple new clients on the Netsuite (OpenAir) platform using OpenAir Script.
- Design and build custom fields, forms, advanced PDF templates, reports and workflows in OpenAir.
- Utilize SuiteCloud IDE to create various types of custom modules in SuiteScript, e.g. Suitelet and Scheduled scripts.
- Full understanding of NetSuite documentation standards and able to create all standard project documentation.
- QA s project efforts and documentation to ensure project decisions/deliverables are sound.
- Experience with NetSuite reporting tools.
- Trains users on NetSuites new processes and products.
- Utilizes both formal and informal channels to facilitate the progress of the work.
