New Zealand Conveyancing administration

PP Ventures is investing in New Zealand Property.

We require an Experienced New Zealand registered conveyancing lawyer or legal secretary to advise on the Purchase and Sale of New Zealand Realestate property and conduct conveyancing tasks.

Multiple purchases and sales will be progressed over the next 18 months. A range of conveyancing tasks will be required on both the buy and sell side including;

- Review contract terms and propose amendments
- Commence updating the Land Information New Zealand website (Landonline) for managing the transfer of New Zealand land titles with the details
-Compile relevant documents are completed on behalf of parties through the completion of signed Authority and Instruction forms (A&Is)
Make any necessary changes to the title of the property being purchased.
- Prepare settlement statement (showing debits and credits) which adjusts the rates and any other outgoings and incoming on the property as at the proposed settlement/possession date.
- attend to the execution of the A&Is - which transfers ownership
- carry out a guaranteed search of title from the Land Information Office.
- make arrangements with you and the bank for advancing of your loan and payment of the remaining share of the purchase price (excluding your deposit).
