NILE Residence VILLA: Luxury interior designer required to produce 3D/CAD & Construction drawings

Complete interior design of entire Villa. I am looking for an experienced interior designer to collaborate with me (architect) on a luxury residential project, based on a now fixed architectural design (revit model).

Deliverable;
1. Interior Design (including design development that we can go over together)
2. Materials selection (Collage board of Material choices for the rooms)
3. Construction drawings
4. BOQ & Finishing Schedules
5. Final proposal Visuals (perspectives renders, 3d animations perhaps would be great)

Brief:

Contemporary High finishing Villa; G+2
NIA: 800 sqm
GEA: 968 sqm

It is important that the interior designer have a good eye for detailing and a portfolio of works that illustrates luxury/contemporary and minimalist internal design. I have attached some drawings to give you a flavor for the architectural language of the facades & spacial layout.
