O365 Company Server Transfer & Setup

My company has about 20, O365 seats through GoDaddy for email only. We also have a file server that holds company files like MS Office docs. We want to transfer our O365 seats from GoDaddy to MS and transfer our file server folders that have our data in them to MS as well so we are company on O365 with Sharepoint. I can provide more details if necessary after hire.
