Occasional sys admin for small websites

I need a flexible, skilled, responsive person to handle whatever occasional issues arise with a dedicated server on which I operate a number of small websites . I know next to nothing about server administration, and until recently, the sys admin at the very small hosting company I use provided outstanding service, willing to sort out any problems that arose, anything from stopped services to SSL to redirects, kernel updates, mail server tweaks, etc., etc. That company has been sold, and the support has gone down the tubes. I will be switching to a new hosting provider, but dont have much hope of finding a small shop to provide such excellent personalized service again. So I need a freelancer I can call on an as-needed basis. I have developers who handle the actual website maintenance.
