Oculus Rift Developer required to work with LIDAR data to create a 3d environment

We have collected lidar and aerial imagery data (using a drone) for approximately 10 acres of a site in Uganda, East Africa. We are looking for an Oculus Rift developer to turn our data into a 3d environment which we can use at an upcoming fundraising event at the very beginning of May to showcase. We can provide .las files, or GeoTIFF files.

The area is not complicated - it is a campsite with a few trees and tents. We would like the users to be able to walk around this environment whilst using an oculus rift headset. They wont be able to interact with it at all.

Depending on budget/quotation, we dont have to use all of the 10 acres, but we would want more than 5 acres done ideally.
