You should posses excellent skills - configuration and troubleshooting of the following:
Setup of Office 356.
Troubleshooting problems with OneDrive and SharePoint Online.
Outlook Setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
Level 2 to 3 tech in Windows Client and Server Operating systems & Office 365 for troubleshooting, support and setup of Office 365 (users, SharePoint & exchange)
Azure AD Connect, ADFS, SSPR, Office 365 Security, Password Writeback, Azure AD, Intune
Microsoft teams and SharePoint online expert.
Microsoft Intune MDM setup.

We also need the individual for Migrating emails from Exchange Server On-Premises to O365, data files and file servers to sharepoint online, Teams migration from one tenant to another, Migrate from Google Gsuite to office 365.

Fix various issues and projects such as:
Setup VPN
Fix Exchange Server issues
Fix Office365 issues
Fix Hyper-V Issues
Fix Active Directory issues
