Office 365 - Flow (Power Automate) and Power BI

I have organised Teams, into the following layout.

Client Management = TEAM
Surname, First Name = Channel
Inside each channel, there is a Planner Integration with Tasks and Checklists for those tasks
Therefore there are multiple channels and planners.

I want to be able to see a dashboard preferably in PowerBI, that will allow me to see an overall view of where we are at for all Clients (Surname, First Name) and to be able to further break that down into various views or to have all the views available on the same dashboard, the following

Overall View of all Channels and tasks
Individual Channels
Due Dates Overall and Individually
To be able to report on week to week movement and improvements

I also want this dashboard to be updated as and when tasks are completed within the channels/planner

Therefore, there also needs to be automation involved in that when I add a new Channel/Planner that the new Channel/Planner is also included as part of the reporting and it needs to be simple enough for the administration to add to the process - whether that is a PowerAPPS button or alternative means.

I have created flows that are supposed to add new tasks to a SharePoint list that I have already created to receive the tasks, the flow says that it is working properly, but the tasks are not appearing in SharePoint and this is outside my expertise and as I understand it PowerBI will not pull data from Planner but requires Excel or Sharepoint Lists.
