Offshore programming opportunity, several member, long time duration

We are looking for an offshore development agency.
You are a real established company, hosting at least 15 local resources.
You work in real working place, and you will present us your offices remotely though webcam.


We need right now:
- full time position: a functional tester (performing click in web application, ensuring testing scenario are working), French speaker will be a great plus.
- full time position: an automation tester (writing automated testing though core Java and though Selenium/Webdriver)

From one or two weeks later:
- only for 2 or 3 weeks: a Jenkins admin, to help us to refine our continuous integration and deployment scripts

In 2 or 3 weeks ahead, we need :
- full time position: BI resources (1 or 2 tbd), ideally skilled with IBM Cognos system, and with some other java BI tools experience
- full time position: an integrator (somebody, committing/merging git input, in order to maintain some consistent build release process, including patch/hot-fixes/release bundling)

Ideally, you are located in Bucharest, Casablanca, Kiev, Minsk, Moscow, Prague, Riga, Warsaw
And you are at least in a timezone enough close to us, to have real team work with us (we are Paris/France/European timezone based).
