On Demand Service Provider application with spare room listing and booking

Functionality of roomelse

1. The site will be developed based on the sample site www.airbnb.com
2. The site is classified listing website to display three main listing categories Like-
1. Home: here anyone will be able to listing their home/bungalow/cottage/room/apartment/shutting house.
2. Service provider: anyone can share his experience or sale his service. Every professional will have a profile with full description like service offer, price, time, comment, review, ratings, calendar, Any profession. While user will browse any listing then similar profession/ listing will show under main listing.(Show all listing)
3. Party center: anyone can list party center with details description. We want to see all the party center under one domain. The host of party center can manage booking here, details description of party center.

The main listing categories can be changed as need with the related attributes/service/party center/ professional & contents based on type of listing category. For example - The Experience category: here will be the all professional profile with full description.

3. There will be four types of user account:
a) Host account1: For sharing their Home/room/cottage/ bang low /.
b) Host Account2: Sharing their experience any profession with details description. Suppose Mr. x is a digital marketing expert he wants to sale his skill/experience with others. He can list his skill/experience/service for sale with details description; here will be the duration of service, cost, and availability. Learners comment and rivew will show in the in every profile.
c) Host account3: Hosting their party center.
d) Common Guest Account: To book any items (Home, Experience or party center).
4. Host account creation page will show under Menu bar as Become a Host>> then select
The host category (HOME/EXPERIENCE/PARTY CENTER).
5. Guest account creation can show as signup on top menu and available when the guest
User will go to book any listing.
6. Home page decoration:
a) Top Menu bar
b) Main Background slider with search bar
c) Explore three main listing categories
d) Display Top Listing for Category Home. (Show all link.)
e) Display Top listing for Category Experience. (Show all link.)
f) Supper Host (top rates users) Listings
g) Highlighted listings for few locations Like- Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet,
Coxesbazar, etc.

7. Booking System: Guest user will search for HOME/RESAURANT/EXPERIENCE based
on there location, check in/checkout date and select their expected items>> login to
book>> select a payment method based on available method by host >> Make
payment/without payment (Cash on delivery)>> Complete booking. The system will
generate automatic invoice based on selected services and notified to the Host.
8. Rating System: After complete the service period/ Check Out time the Guest user will
write a review about the service & host with ratings and mark the order and completed.
9. Each host user may have their individual online/offline payment Gateway to collect
booking payments online like- ssl commerce (for creadit card), bkash (for mobile
banking), Roket (Mobile banking). You can also integrate the Roket & other mobile
banking gateways as needed.
10. There is an Admin Dashboard to manage all contents like- approve / disapprove/ Delete/edit
users / listings/ etc.
11. The site will be developed under advance dynamic technology using the secure web
Language, programs, Scripts, tools, frame works and Data base like- HTML, CSS,
Bootstrap, PHP, My-SQL, Java Scripts, Jquery, Ajax etc.
All the functionality of airbnb that not included in this document that also mandatory to do within this budget and time.
