Phoenix Haus manufactures a Passive House certified wood-based building system off-site (prefabricated) and embeds this system into integrated design platforms utilized by homeowners, builders and developers over North America.

Phoenix Haus needs help from a designer, to do area take-offs (square feet) from design files, most often PDFs.

Take-offs do not have to be perfect, however the areas of:
Floor areas
Exterior Wall areas
Interior Wall areas
Roof Area
Window/Door areas
must all be calculated.
