Online marketing strategist for B2B, fashion industry experience preferred

Help needed to define and execute a marketing strategy for a customer in fashion wholesale business. The actual project will happen when the customer agrees to go forward.
The customer wants to buy our technical solution (B2B catalogue / order management software) but needs to see a clear action path for the time when the solution is launched, and measurable results, so they can be sure in 12 months they know the solution was needed.

Industry: fashion wholesale or similar
Deliverables: A convincing, clear marketing strategy for a specific customer
Skills: experience marketing strategy and execution, ppc, budgeting, solution selling
Target regions: EU and neighboring countries
Languages: We can discuss this but its best if you are aware of ways to tackle multilingual

The way I see it going: we discuss the situation on a call, if we agree to proceed you work on the plan with my and customers help. A part of the plan will include the cost of your services.
