OpenStack expert who will research Openstack issues online and add their resolutions to a DB

We are looking for an OpenStack expert who will research the internet for resolutions of Openstack.
The searches will be conducted using Google, in forums such as Openstack forum, Technet, Stack Overflow, and Support forums.
The analyst will get access to our software, and will enrich Log messages with their resolutions, based on his research.
for example, an input can be the log line error while using Docker with Openstack: lib/nova_plugins/hypervisor-docker, and the analyst will have to add his Insight and Recommendation as follows:
The issue with docker registry not starting is due to socket ownership reverting to root. The install_docker.sh script changes the docker socket to be writable by your primary group,A quick workaround is to run: sudo chgrp $(groups |cut -d -f1) /var/run/docker.sock before running stack.sh..

if both parties will be satisfied from the results, the project can be extended to longer periods with higher wages.
