Operations Assistant for a Growing Company

Issue in my business:

Im looking to grow and I need systems created for the operations in the business, the selling process, and the social media.

Im looking to hire and grow but first I need someone who is organized and great at putting things in place.

Looking for a person/people who can think of efficient ways of getting things done and helping me to get some infrastructure in my company.

Im greatly interested in incorporating any software/apps that can help smoothen this process, but it will be your job is to display to me what works and what will give structure to the company.

Please let me know if you are interested in the planning side of things as well as if you are interested in assisting in executing the plan as well.

A great communicator!! Quickly responsive, whether you can act or cant immediately act on a task, Just respond to me acknowledging that youve received instruction and when you will be able to act on it.
A Fast learner & Proactive

MUST HAVE:
Daily reliable computer access and connection to internet
Access to phone applications
