OPTIMIZATION OF RESOURCE ALLOCATION IN 4GMOBLE NETWORK WITH CARRIER AGGREGATION
To implement any existing optimisation algorithm for 4G-LTE with Carrier Aggregation using simulated annealing. further to develop one own simple scheme for resource optimisation based on the exiting heuristic Algorithm.

I am Looking for a developer with extensive interest on LTE and its System level simulation Technique.

Must use only Poliba Telematics LTE-Sim.
