Optimize/redesign mobile web design

The intent for the project is to create a cleaner layout for the index mobile page. The layout must be similar/based on my existing layout.

This would hopefully free up more space on the index mobile page where an additional ad unit could be placed for increased revenue.

Your task will be to come up with different layout ideas while staying within the frame of my current design to make this optimization.
