Out of UK Hours IT Support and Administration

I am looking for a highly reliable and dependable person, who is fluent in the English language and cares about the job in hand.

We are a small IT company in the UK, and we are looking for a partner in a different time-zone to help us with the jobs that come in overnight.

This consists of, but is not limited to;

Backup Jobs
Monitoring Alerts
PBX Updates
Firmware Updates

There must be no language barrier, we need to keep this relationship efficient.

All work must be recorded accurately in our PSA tool.

We are a very friendly and easy to work with company, but the ideal person must also be friendly and easy to work with and most of all not let us down. If there is a problem we must communicate, so that we can sort it out together.
