Owncloud Implementation Expert needed

About us:
I have a platform that I use for internal personal/family purposes..

What were looking for:
An experienced web developer to help complete the implementation of an ownCloud instance on my hosting account and fix an issue with uploading PDF files on the platform. We need someone to work on the implementation to allow PDF files to be uploaded via the online platform. The project is based on the ownCloud open source files. currently running ownCloud version 10.2.1.4

We need the following deliverables:
- Deliverable #1 - Complete all Security and Setup warnings
- Deliverable #2 - Set up HTTPS
- Deliverable #3 - Fix Issues with Front end issues with sync when attempting to upload PDF files

To complete all the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following:
- Working with Databases and Back end implementation.
- Strong Background using ownCloud.
- SSL implentation using Hostgator

In your proposal, please share a summary of your experience working with ownCloud and tell us about a recent web app (cloud project) you worked on.
