Paperback book formatting for KDP

I have a paperback book to upload to Kindle, but the interior needs a few tweeks - namely proper settings for headers, page numbers, margins and gutters. My friend did a semi-decent job (see attachment) but there are issues with the aforementioned settings . This is a Word doc, roughly 72,000 words and 240 pages.
