Need to hire a paralegal to prepare a package of laws and guidelines that relate to Solar energy field in CA, NY, and FL. Also needs regulation regarding Solar energy finance companies laws and regulation.

This package needs to be sent to a German Bank, hence needs to be thorough and very accurate.
