Hi, we have a primarily Python-based system currently deployed on AWS in a fairly complex deployment environment. The problem is that things are always breaking and it takes multiple days to fix. I am looking for ways to simplify our environment and/or improve the reliability of processes.

The current environment looks something like:
* AWS (EC2, RDS) deploying docker containers via ECS
* Dev and Prod VPCs
* OpenVPN
* Jenkins and Terraform

There are roughly 10 services deployed in each environment and most services are Python-based, including a combination of Flask and Celery apps. It is important that you have good familiarity with Python environments.

The initial goal is to just get systems to deploy reliably. Then I would like to see if our deployment environment is too complex for us. We are just a couple people and scalability isnt a huge concern right now.
