PCB design and component build for an FX Pedal/Box

I need an FX Pedal/Box designed and built that plugs into the mains and takes a quarter inch jack for both the IN and OUT signal ports. The effects needed are tape delay, reverb and echo. Each effect requires a volume slide, oscillator, a feedback dial, mix dial, repeat rate dial and a ‘tap function to synchronise the repeat rate manually. Each effect must also have a ‘one-shot and ‘trigger option too.

I would expect to be involved in discussing the exact type of effect required and have some examples to provide. I would also want us to work together closely on the appearance of the finished product - the box itself (housing) and to choose the look and feel of the dials, buttons and sliders.
