PCB Design in Autodesk EAGLE from PDF file

I have finished PCB design, but its a PDF file.
I need only schematic done in Autodesk EAGLE.
Also, I need all parts to have 3D version so I can import design from Eagle to Autodesk Fusion 360.

When the job is finished, you will send me *.sch file and all libraries used in design (except standard ones in Eagle).

We will discus some details later.

Please provide some of your previous work.
