PDF to CSV Scrapping Job immediate Start

I need a scrapper building to extract a single CSV file from a Folder full of 100 PDF documents. I need this doing IMMEDIATELY and completing fast. If you cant start immediately and complete in an hour or so dont apply - no newbies or please - you need to have a working toolset ready to go.

I will provide:
- a sample blank PDF and a PDF with dummy data (marked up with field notes)
- the unique filename format (its 12345**********signd.pdf, where 12345 varies each file)
- marked up PDF with the filed to scrape
- the CSV field names for each scrape (e.g. Name, DOB, ...)
- a folder structure : its just a Main folder with 100 suborders each holding a 12345 unique name PDF in to scrape) [the sub-folders are called 1234*** too. if that is useful]

The data is private so i cant supply the folder itself so please dont ask.

To test build yourself a simple structure, modify the dummy PDF to 5 sets and test. If it works we are good to go except my use case is 100. You can hard code the endpoint if desired to a number i can enter/vary.

I need the scrapper in a format i can use here - THE DATA IS PRIVATE.
