Philippine Jeepney 3D modeller/ designer

In need of a 3D modeller/ designer for a side project/ hobby of mine.

Im currently planning on building an electric jeepney as an alternative for my car. I specialized on hands-on fabrication and I need someone with artistic flair to provide the artistic touch to my project.

I will share my initial design in 2D.

Also, my budget could go up provided you were the real deal.
