Hey! So Im a real estate investor buying distressed properties and remodeling them to put back onto market. Right now I have a couple deals in the Chicago area and need a nice photographer to visit the property and capture the entire home. I can give more details later but as incentive, I will pay your rate as required and also give an extra $50 if the house closes properly :)
