PHP and SQL Developer

I am looking for someone who can commit to 20+ hours a week to develop several programs. The base programs are completed. Several new programs and changes to existing code.

One project deals with eCommerce so experience with that would be a plus.

Need to be able to communicate during US business hours.

Most of all I need someone with the desire to learn, not someone who says I cant do that.
