PHP/AWS Developer Needed To Convert PHP Script to Lambda Functions

Hello! My team currently has a need to make some changes to our backend and we are looking for a developer who has experience with both PHP and AWS (specifically Lambda and DynamoDB). Our existing function works as such;

Our iOS app sends a JSON payload via POST to our existing PHP script. The PHP script performs several functions, mostly related to parsing the JSON payload, verifying the existence of a file on S3, publishing some data to a DynamoDB table, and then sending a message via a third-party SDK (Twilio).

We would like to change how this functionality works by using DynamoDB as the trigger for a Lambda function that does the same thing as our PHP script. Our iOS app will publish a record to DynamoDB, which should trigger a Lambda function to do all of the same tasks our PHP script currently does.

Other than the AWS and Twilio SDKs (which is one line of functionality), there are no other dependencies in the PHP scripts to be concerned with.

Ideally, we would like the Lambda function to be written in Node, though Python would be fine if necessary.
