PHP - Cake - An issue caused during migration needs to be resolved

Hi There,

There is a back-end web centre(developed in PHP - cake) used by Mobile app and it is working fine in existing fasthosts account.

All files were migrated to another fasthosts account which has cause some setting issue resulting login failure error. An issue needs to be investigated and fixed in the file so that it starts working as it does today in another account.
