PHP MySQL basic updates to simple demo system

Need database programmer familiar very familiar with PHP / MySQL to make minor updates to a demo system which has already been created. We are updating the demo to utilize MySQL (it currently uses a flat file system).

This is clearly-defined work which should be a quick project, but if we are happy with the results the opportunity exists for follow-on work (on this project or other projects). We are budget-conscious on this project.
