PHP Wordpress developer needed to customize Wordpress UI template with 3rd party APIs and data bases

I have a Wordpress template and I love the UI very much but it will need some minor customization. The customization will require a Wordpress developer with PHP and API skill sets to integrate the UI with a couple of APIs that we have already written. Our business model is a search engine for lead generation. Users come to our site to search for information that we provide. After they search, we have to capture their information before we display the search results to them. With our Wordpress template, we can run a search and display results by default. However, we would like to do the following customizations:
1. After a user clicks on the Search button, we want to display a UI (with a series of questions for lead capture) to capture certain values (names, email, phone number etc.) before displaying the search results page. We already have the APIs ready.
2. After we capture the lead details, we will store it in our personal database. The APIs are also ready and we have our ,Net developers to work with you on that.
3. The second customization will be around the appointment widget that came with the Wordpress template. After we display the search results to the user, they have the option of making an appointment with the staff. Our current Wordpress template has a built-in appointment widget. This will require a bit of customization to capture the users ID, names, appointment time and pass it to our database.
