PHP/Laravel developer required to build AWS Cognito authentication into an application

Deliverable:
- Application to use AWS Cognito authentication (no users will be stored in an SQL database)
- Authenticate the user against Cognito user pool with simple email and password upon login request. I will provide Pool Id and Client ID
- No need for a register page. I will setup users manually in Cognito.
- Once authenticated, the user is able to access two pages Yet to be tasked and Current tasks. These can simply be blank pages as Ive already built them
- Once I create and confirm a new user in Cognito the user is required to change password
- Add my logo to the top of the login page

Who Im looking for:
- expert in Laravel and Laravel authentication methods
- some knowledge in AWS and Cognito would be an advantage
