Seeking service provider to help with entitlements phase of 90 unit multi Family project in Santa Rosa CA.

Currently Have 2 existing site plan options in dwg format. Choose one of them and solve deficiencies.

Create building layout floor plan, elevations and design.


Bring existing site plan into compliance with local codes, then develop floor plans, elevations and ready to submit set-

I will provide civil engineer feedback for site plan changes.

Need it done in a timely manner.

Have video flyover of property and all site reports including Topo, Survey & Seismologists setback.
