Plastic Extrusion Deckled Die

I am looking to have a deckled plastic extrusion mold and die designed. Experience in designing extrusion dies is a must, with ability to problem solve to think creatively to solve requirements. This is not for thin sheet extrusion, rather thicker rigid sheets of around 0.75, with width ranges between 10-100 required. Each extrusion will be unique in width and length, therefore the die will need to change sizes quickly.
