In need of plumbing and electrical drawings for a residence with attached shop. Single level 1400 square foot living quarters. 3 bedroom, two bath with kitchen and laundry room. Normal plumbing and electric requirements. 2800 square foot attached shop with electric only. Attached 1400 square foot office with half bath and normal electrical. Site plan and engineer stamped construction drawings are complete. Sewer engineered drawings are scheduled to be ready June 12th. The construction is a concrete slab. We need drawings to make sure all of the placements are correct for the plumber and electrician to complete the rough ins. Needs to be drawn to meet all codes for Weld County Colorado.
