We have a podcast with about 300 listeners. We would like to monetize this buy charging a 100 INR a month service fee. We have a squarespace we are currently working on. We would like to have our own app and site that allows people to create a profile and get the podcast whenever we upload to them directly on their smartphone. We would like the keep whoever this developer is and give this person who develops this points on our earnings as long as we do the podcast. Which we plan on doing for a long time.
