Podio and Globiflow Expert for Real Estate Investor

Im a real estate investor that needs to implement Globiflow w/ Podio. I am currently using Podio and have about 8 apps set up that flow together, but they are working with Zapier. I would like to make them flow better using Globiflow instead. I need to be able to create word documents and pdfs inside of podio. Right now I am sending the data from Podio to a Google sheet and then use G Merge to create the document. And then have to move that document into Podio. I would like to skip that step and have the documents created inside of Podio. I also push information from podio to my website for new properties that I have for sale.

There are a few extra things I would like to add if possible, like adding potential buyers to my email list through Podio.

I am open to your expertise in making my current system better and flow better.

Basically what I am looking for, is someone that can duplicate what I already have using Globiflow instead of Zapier.
