We are a sales company with sales on many different channels (platforms).

We would like to be able to many different dynamic reports set up in Power BI so that we can have a complete view on what is going on at all times.

This will include more than just simply taking two sets of data and creating a graph, it will require creating custom measures and formulas to get the desired data.
