PowerApps for labor tracking on Production Floor

Id like to hire a freelancer to develop a Microsoft PowerApp that will allow us to collect data from our Production Floor.

The first iteration will go through the following process:
-Employee prints job traveler
-Employee uses PowerApp to clock in an operation
-Employee uses PowerApp to clock out of an operation
-Employee types in quantity complete

For a seasoned PowerApp developer, I dont this this will be overly difficult.
