PR-001507 - Phoenix Secondary ISP Configuration- Project

Project Summary
Work as a Vology partner engineer to assist client with the remote configuration of Cisco FirePower solution. Vology will provide project management, client relationship management and other necessary support tasks. The partner engineer will accomplish the tasks listed in project scope and agree to work under terms of Vology independent contractor agreement.

Project Scope:
Vology will achieve the Customers objective by engaging with the Customer onsite while remotely accessing the Cisco Firepower Management Center in order to add the WAN interface, NAT policies, security policies and routing configuration to leverage the secondary circuit.

Estimated Work Effort:

Implementation:
- Configure secondary WAN interface
- Add any security policies required for hosted UC service
- Duplicate security policies referencing the secondary WAN interface
- Configure NAT policy referencing the secondary WAN interface
- Configure default route referencing the secondary WAN interface with appropriate distance and metric
- Configure IP Track on primary WAN
- Configure IP SLA to direct traffic to the secondary WAN interface if IP Track


Assumptions

- Customer will schedule and approve required maintenance (Change) windows, if applicable
- Customer will perform any and all physical/onsite tasks required - All work will be performed remotely
Customer Responsibilities

- Customer will provide hosted unified communications providers recommended settings
- Customer will provide remote access to Firepower Management Center
- Customer will provide secondary ISP information o Circuit ID o IP address(es) o DNS server(s)
o Bandwidth

Service Exclusions
- Vology will not perform any configuration of 3rd Party or peripheral devices
- Vology will not perform any break/fix engineering unrelated to this project
- Vology will not perform any cabling services during this engagement
- Vology will not perform any services not specifically outlined under Project Detail
