Private Medical Practice Start up Manager

I am setting up a small private medical practice in Connecticut. I am looking for someone to help me start the build up and frame work of setting up the practice. From the ground up. I am still in the initial starting stages of research and getting everything together. I am working full time currently and do not have much time to do this. What I need is for someone to work with me on a daily basis a few hours a day to help me set up the practice from A-Z. Will need help doing research, presenting information, contacting licensing agencies, organizing information, keeping records, coordinating things, help create guidelines, procedures, policies, equipment acquisition, research facilities etc. I would prefer someone who also lives in Connecticut but it is not mandatory. Looking for someone reliable, dependable, honest, ambitious and who is willing to work with us for a long term.
