Proactive Process Oriented Ops Support/Admin

Were looking for a long term teammate at Ops Optimized.

I will share a snapshot of who we are and what were looking for. Values mean more to us than skills, although skills are important

We believe there isnt just one way to do things (well majority of the time anyway) we encourage and crave input and new ideas from you

Its vital that were able to stay on top of trends, software tools, resources, ideas

4. Think outside the box
This is HUGE for us. The majority of our clients never have (before us) a specific way of doing things. Regularly, things will occur that we have never faced within their business. You have to think outside the box and problem solve. Always keeping in mind, the best solution to optimize now and moving forward. If this is something new, lets practice what we preach and document it!

5. Integrity:
Who likes to be micro-manged or micro-manage? Not us, we believe in you so do the right thing and stay true to your word

6. Development:
Were here to help you grow as an individual and as a professional. What do you need from us to do so? Lean on us, ask questions, give feedback, collaborate
