Product designer needed for plastic injection molded board game pieces

Designer needed for game pieces for a patent-pending board game. Engineering designs, CAD designs and 3D prototypes needed. Seeking to go to market by December. Confidentiality agreement must be signed for detailed discussion. Wiling to consider one or two portions of the work needed but would prefer all work done under one house. Budget is somewhat negotiable depending on quality of work, dependability, experience and professionalism, but this is for a startup with a shoestring budget and coming in under budget (without sacrificing quality) is always a bonus. Depending on capabilities, this can be an ongoing project.
