Products BITRIX - Create Product PDFs that we can send to clients.

We have all our products added to Bitrix24 recently.

We are looking to create an attractive template to send to clients when they are enquiring.

We use a system called MMK Booking manager to search for yachts - we are seeking a workflow that help consultants find and send offers by email.

For this we need to have PDFs of the 6,000 boats.

The bid that suggests the MOST AUTOMATED solution will succeed.

Current workflow:

1. Consultant searches for suitable yacht on MMK MB.
2. Software provides some HTML summary of the options which link to html pages
3. It also gives the option to view/download as a PDF.

Suggested workflow (open to better or easy to implement solutions):

1. Consultant searches for suitable yacht on MMK MB.
2. We create a way for producing out own html snippets with links to our own pdfs, which would aslo be attached to emails if necessary.

Challenges:

1. The consultants are very familiar with finding boats on MMK - finding the same boat on our products is fairly slow. Finding and adding boats to the offer will save the most time and be the most valuable.

2. Once the consultant has found a product - how can they add easily to an offer email on the deal?

3. If the answer to the live universe and everything is 42, the question is 6 x 7. (just checking if you read this proposal properly)

4. How can they easily find and add pdfs that we have created to attach to emails. Is the solution to create PDFs on the Fly?
