I am looking for an expert freelancer with lots of experience on converting wordpress websites into professional looking apps.
AprendaTefilah.com (currently being transferred to LearnTefillah.com) is a not for profit website that we are looking to convert it into an app.
The website seeks to help it is users learn the traditional jewish songs and prayers. Every prayer is an audio file (.mp3) and is accompanied by .gif or .pdf hebrew text file so users can read and follow the audio. The website is very rich with hundreds of songs and prayers available for learning.
The app should work in both Android and IOS, phone and tablets.
The 2 main features of the app would be:
1. Accessible offline, for those that dont want to use data or are in the airplane etc... (since there is too much content probably the user would need to click on the download button for the classes he wants to be available offline (similar with the songs of spotify.)
2. Create personalized study lists so you can access and refer to it easily afterwards.
How it would work...
Layout = Look and feel of current website, navigation usability and buttons of Spotify
2 tabs on the bottom:
Search = Website with the 3 category filter
My Library = List of you favorites.
Features:
Download and Add to playlist button. (= spotify grafics)
It can be used on any level of the website 3 level filter (page, chapter, book)
Any other cool idea and suggestion for the app are welcome!
It should be an easy and simple technology (example: appypie, apppresser others...) so it easy to maintain through time. And obviously it should be connected to wordpress so when we update the site the app is automatically updates.
I dont know the budget for this project yet, since Toogit makes me put a value into it, I am posting 5$ after when we have a real budget I will update it.
